1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Core Exteriors website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of
Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Core Exteriors provides exterior property maintenance services including, but not limited to:
- Deck restoration and staining
- Power washing and pressure washing
- Siding and house washing
- Gutter and eavestrough cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Hardscape optimization
3. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are estimates and subject to change based on actual job conditions
- Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins
- Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Appointments are subject to weather conditions
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather
- Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations
- Repeated no-shows may result in service refusal
5. Insurance and Liability
- Core Exteriors carries $10 Million in Commercial General Liability Insurance
- All workers are covered under WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board)
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions
- Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
6. Property Access
By scheduling our services, you grant Core Exteriors permission to:
- Access your property to perform agreed-upon services
- Use water and electrical outlets as needed
- Take before/after photos for quality assurance (we will ask permission before using for marketing)
7. Job-Complete Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service:
- Notify us immediately upon job completion
- We will address any issues on the spot
- Claims made after we leave the property will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Core Exteriors
and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written
permission.
9. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Submit false information through our forms
- Interfere with the website's functionality
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Exteriors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada
applicable therein.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon
posting to this page.
